Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is made with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
